Our Junior B side fell to their first defeat of the season on Friday evening when they lost to a very strong St.Josephs Doora Barefield side in Gurteen. Facing into a stiff breeze in the first half Miltown found scores hard to come by and trailed by 8 points to 2 as the half time whistle blew. Miltown put in a much improved second half as they took the game to their hosts, showing great determination and workrate as they battled back into the game putting increased pressue on the Barefield defence . Unfortunately at the final whistle,Miltown despite their best efforts lost out on a scoreline of 0-13 to 0-10
