Our seniors regained their Cusack Cup status last night when they overcame O'Currys in Doonaha.

The seniors started well and with a convincing first half performance led at the break on a scoreline of 2-8 to 1-2. O'Currys were the better team in the second half and ensured a nervy finish however Miltown prevailed on a scoreline of 2-12 to 3-6.

Miltown lined out as follows: Sean O'Brien; Gordon Kelly, Tayto, Seanie Malone; Gearoid Burke, Enda O'Gorman, Cian Flanagan; Darragh McDonagh and Oisin Looney; Paul Keane, Micheal Murray, Cian Mahony; Conall Meade, Cormac Murray, Oisin Meade. Subs: Cormac Byrne Snr, Gearoid Curtin .

The seniors still have one final Garry Cup game to go when they host St Joseph's Doora Barefield in two weeks time.
