Our Junior B side fell to their first defeat of the Division 7 league in Miltown on Saturday evening when losing out to a very strong Corofin outfit.

The first half was a tight cagey affair with both defences very strong. Points from Gary Egan (2) Declan Rynne (2) ,Eanna O'Connor, Michael Hehir & Darragh Flynn gave Miltown a lead of 0-7 to 1-02 with all to play for. The second half followed on in much the same fashion with both sides trading scores until a second Corofin goal as the game drew to a close meant our lads were to lose out by the narrowest of margins.

Next up for the Junior Bs is a home game against Parteen in 2 weeks time
