Our u12’s had an early start this morning when they travelled to Doonbeg. Miltown started stronger and were 1-1 to no score ahead at the first water break. Doonbeg replied with a goal of their own but the young Miltown players regrouped and got 2 more goals before half time.

Doonbeg started the second half well and had 2 goals on the board in quick succession. Miltown found their rhythm again coming up to the second water break and scored 2-2 after some great passages of play. The last quarter was a hard slog for both teams but Miltown held firm and finished winners on a scoreline of 7-8 to 3-3.

The Miltown panel was Daniel Howard, Sean Twomey, Michael Twomey, Gearoid Keavey, Ronan Killeen, Fergal Queally, Eoin Hogan, Daniel Keena, Evan O'Loughlin, Josh Flynn, Eamon Devanney, Garret Barry, Josh Hehir, Dylan Cahill & Eli Downes.

All players got game time and this game capped off a good weekend for this group of players following their win in the u13 game Friday night.
