New for 2020

(Underage Structure & Support)

We are delighted to announce in advance of the 2020 Season, we have a new subcommittee in place with responsibility for Structure and Support at all underage levels in our Club.

This committee consists of Mikie Neylon, Declan Keavey, David Talty and Frank Minogue.

The aim of this committee in Year 1 of its being will be as follows:

1. Assist in achieving at least 5 persons to be involved with each age group.

2. Create a cohesiveness amongst all underage teams and mentors.

3. Support all management teams with the necessary skills, tools and education required to prepare our teams.

The above is being done to create a culture of continuous improvement and sending out high performing teams within our Club.

The committee are commencing their work this week.
