In an entertaining match yesterday, Our Seniors drew with KIB in the Clare Senior Co Final in Cusack Park.

KIB started well with two early points before Eoin Cleary registered Miltown's first point. A further two points from KIB saw them lead by three with twenty minutes gone however points from Eoin Cleary, Kieran Malone and Seanie Malone ensured the sides entered the break level on a scoreline of 0-4 each.

Miltown opened the scoring in the second half with a point from Cormac Murray. The sides continued to trade scores throughout the second half with Cormac Murray, Eoin Curtin and Kieran Malone on target for the Miltown side. As the game entered into injury time, Conor Cleary struck for his side's ninth point to put Miltown in the lead however a long range free from KIB goalkeeper Ian McInerney with the last kick of the match ensured the game finished level on a scoreline of 0-9 each.

Miltown lined out as follows: Sean O Brien; Enda O Gorman, Seanie Malone, Tayto; Aidan McGuane, Gordon Kelly, Gearoid Curtin; Oisin Looney and Conor Cleary; Micheal Murray, Eoin Cleary, Kieran Malone; Cormac Murray, Darragh McDonagh, Brian Curtin. Subs: Eoin Curtin, Graham Kelly.

Scorers were: Cormac Murray, Kieran Malone and Eoin Cleary 0-2 each, Conor Cleary, Seanie Malone and Eoin Curtin 0-1 each.

All roads will lead back to Cusack Park next Sunday as the replay has been fixed for Sunday 27th at 2pm.
