Miltown emerged victorious over Lissycasey this evening in the latest round of the O'Gorman Cup. Miltown started well with early scores from Graham Kelly, Ger Malone and Gearoid Curtin. Further points from Enda Fox and Jamesie O'Connor kept Miltown in the lead following a Lissycasey goal against the run of the play. Despite a black card for Shane Curtin, Miltown entered the break leading on a scoreline of 0-7 to 1-2.

Miltown started the second half well with Diarmuid Meade finishing to the net at the end of a well worked move started by Gearoid Burke. Despite a black card for Enda O'Gorman, Enda Fox finished well for his side's second goal. Miltown eased to a ten point victory on a scoreline of 2-13 to 1-6.
