St. Joseph's Miltown GAA held their next underage workshop this morning at Hennessy Memorial Park.

The workshop, delivered by former Miltown Senior & Clare GAA coach Eoin Murray focused on strength and conditioning for the underage players and their coaches. The workshop contained both the theory and practical elements of strength and conditioning including sample circuit sessions and demonstrations of techniques for various exercises.
