Clare Coaching and Games are delivering a practical coaching workshop on Saturday 16th Feb in John Bosco Community College, Kildysart.

This workshop will be of benefit to club coaches involved with teen & adult teams. There is NO charge for attending this workshop.

The workshop is scheduled to run from 10am to 1pm focusing on a number of items including Strength & Conditioning, Effective Warmup, Game based coaching and Goalkeeping specific coaching methodologies.

Speakers are to include Brian Carson (Clare Senior Football Head Coach), Rob Mulcahy (Clare Senior Football S&C Coach) and Declan O'Keefe (Clare Senior Football Goalkeeping coach).
