Our U12s were beaten by Kilrush in the 3rd round of the West Clare competition this evening. The match played at Hennessy Memorial Park was a tough physical battle. In the first half, Miltown took the game to Kilrush  and were ahead by two points at half time.

Kilrush fought back strongly in the second half and struck for three quick goals. Miltown dug deep and responded with a goal of their own but sadly the game got away from our u12s in the end and Kilrush emerged victors with a winning margin of four points.

The Miltown panel tonight was: Dominic Griffin, Niall Twomey, Iarla Meade, Cian St. John, Colin Hayes, Stephen Murphy, Ronan Keavey, Ralph Whelehan, Eoin Devanney, Gavin Twomey, Conor Neylon, Kian Cunningham, Darragh Hogan, Oisin McCarthy.
