In a jam packed evening of football at Hennessy Memorial Park, our u14s advanced to the Feile semi final stage with two comprehensive wins over Doonbeg & Corofin and a narrow defeat to Cooraclare.
Under the management team of Padraig Frawley, Declan Keavey, Cormac Murray & Enda O'Gorman, the u14s started with an fine attacking display and a victory over Doonbeg on a scoreline of 6-6 to 1-4.
In the second game of their group, they suffered a defeat against Cooraclare by the minimum on a scoreline of 2-3 to 2-4.
After losing their second game, Miltown had to beat Corofin in their final game and they duly obliged, with an emphatic win on a scoreline of 6-8 to 0-5.
