Earlier today, our Juniors were defeated by Eire Og in their latest Division 4 game on a scoreline of 1-4 to 0-13. 

Today saw a number of players line out with both the Seniors & Juniors within hours of each other in unfortunate circumstances.

Diarmuid Meade struck for a long range goal in the first half while Sean Malone added 2 points in the second half with Diarmuid Meade and Euan Reidy getting a point each.

Miltown lined out as follows: Paul Tubridy; Gearoid Burke, Martin Rynne, Donal Keane; Jamesie O'Connor, Gary Egan, Liam Gray; John Jimmy & David Meade; Darragh Flynn, Diarmuid Meade, Enda Fox; Creeko, Ger Malone, Heff. The Miltown Senior Ladies suffered a loss vs KIB in the first match of the trilogy @ Hennessey Memorial Park today. In what was a tight even game, Laura Keane struck a well finished goal while Miltown also hit the crossbar twice before falling to a 5 point defeat. 

Special mention to Ger Malone who was involved in all three games today, as manager of the Miltown Ladies while lining out at wing forward and full forward for both the Seniors & Juniors today.
