Our Seniors kickstarted their Cusack Cup campaign with a 1-8 to 0-5 victory against O'Currys last evening in Miltown. 

O'Currys started well and kicked into an early 2 point lead following the early dismissal of Miltown's corner back Shane Curtin. Miltown recovered and the sides were level at 0-3 each at half time.

Miltown took control in the second half with Darragh McDonagh expertly finishing a goal following a powerful run halfway through the 2nd half. Miltown never looked back and kicked on to a 6 point win.
